Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.
While we do not typically offer refunds, we may consider a refund or replacement under the
following limited circumstances:
● You received the wrong file or a different product than what was advertised.
● The file is corrupted or does not work as intended, and we are unable to provide a
working replacement within a reasonable time.
● You purchased the same product more than once accidentally (duplicate transaction).
To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 7 days of your
purchase with the following:
● Your order number
● The email used for purchase
● A description of the issue
● Screenshot or file attachment (if applicable)
